After seeing Gary Numan open for The Psychedelic Furs a few months ago I decided to check out his music during that time. Like I mentioned on my blog about the concert, the only song I knew from Gary was "Cars" and I enjoyed watching him live. I first got The Pleasure Principle (1979) and I really liked it, and then a month ago I got his other albums, such as Dance (1981), I, Assassin (1982), Warriors (1983), a greatest hits album, and Replicas (1979) from Gary's band Tubeway Army.
Out of all the opening acts I've seen during my lifetime the only two who made me interested to listen to their music were Gary Numan and Frankie Rose.
