Richard Butler: "The kind of music that triggers me to do something is likely in some ways to be similar, it doesn't matter who it is. Some things obviously bend in a very different direction, I don't think 'November 5' would ever have been written by the Furs. Maybe 'Jigsaw' too, I'm not sure, and 'More Than Money'. I would say the real difference is Richard Fortus, more importantly than anything else." (Goldmine 1998)
